Thanks to all and especially to those who held out to the end. The April and May reports were not prepared in a large number of the stakes. It is the first year these have been required. We thank the secretaries for their commend- able work. For 1922-23, beginning with October, we shall expect a report from every stake of Zion monthly. Secretaries are chosen with this duty in view. Stake and ward officers will see that their report is ready, and then study it, and check the backward, and give help and encourage- ment and commendation where deserved.
